I started designing back in 2010 and I didn’t intend to even start it just sort of happened. I was a typical teenager with a passion for computer games and started uploading videos to YouTube. I started seeing these amazing montages being made and thought “I want to do that”. I got myself a copy of Photoshop and slowly made my way into designing websites and apps. I've always loved design, ever since I can remember I've always been drawing or sketching. I had no official qualifcations when starting out so I learnt the hard way, hours and hours of tutorials and trial and error. I feel that teaching myself is one of the best things I could have done as it gave me a passion and hunger for pixel perfect design that is still with me today.
I ususally like to start with as much research as possible about the subject and the client. After I have all of the research I look at inspiration to get a feel for what my client is looking for. From there I move onto the development of ideas and the beginning stages of wireframes. Wireframing and planning are in my eyes the most important part of any project as you can save a lot of time later on by planning out everything correctly. Finally after feedback from my client I move onto choosing the correct direction and get down to designing.
